A high-growth digital technology business is seeking a commercially minded Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and scale its national go-to-market strategy. The company delivers integrated solutions across smart hardware, software, and content — transforming how enterprises and government agencies engage in physical spaces.

You’ll own the sales and marketing engine: leading a tight-knit team, driving process implementation, and securing new business with high-value clients across sectors like retail, QSR, healthcare and government.
This role is hands-on, strategic, and backed by an engaged CEO. It offers a substantial opportunity to reshape a fast-growing business and build a high-performing commercial function.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a structured national go-to-market and sales strategy
  • Lead, coach, and grow a sales & marketing team of 5–8 people
  • Drive pipeline growth and new business across enterprise and public sector
  • Manage CRM discipline, reporting, forecasts, and sales processes (MEDDPICC familiarity ideal)
  • Execute marketing campaigns aligned to market segmentation and ROI
  • Partner with internal technical and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Represent the business in senior stakeholder and C-level conversations

About You
  • Proven experience leading B2B sales teams in tech, SaaS, AV, or digital services
  • Process-driven mindset with strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
  • Able to work across strategic planning and day-to-day sales execution
  • Confident in high-stakes client meetings – with gravitas and commercial acumen
  • Adept at coaching teams, improving culture, and embedding performance systems
  • Passionate about growth, structure, and building long-term client value
