Home Care Clinical Manager – NSW Lead a Division Across Sydney & the Central Coast

A leading multi-state retirement living provider is seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Care Manager  lead a new in-home care service for residents living across their villages in Sydney and the Central Coast.

About the Role

The Home Care Clinical Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of tailored care services across a portfolio of retirement villages. Working closely with Village Managers, care teams, families, and external providers, this role is central to ensuring care is delivered to the highest standard—aligned with both regulatory requirements and the organisation’s values.

Regular travel between village locations in Sydney and the Central Coast is required, with a car allowance provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead a multidisciplinary care team (including Case Managers, RNs/ENs, and Carers)
  • Ensure delivery of compliant, safe, and person-centred home care services
  • Manage budgets, resourcing, and service quality across multiple sites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Clinical Services
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and resident engagement
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (essential)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in aged care or home care
  • Strong working knowledge of aged care legislation and the new Aged Care Act
  • Exceptional interpersonal, stakeholder, and team leadership skills
  • Commercially astute with experience in managing service budgets
  • Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel regularly
