The company is growing rapidly, as a result they need a Human Resource professional to be working across compliance, mobilisation, recruitment and operations.
The job requirements will be following:
- You will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment for operational positions.
- Streamlining existing HR functions, compliance and policy procedures.
- Responsible for the advertising, sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding of operational personnel to site.
- Provide complete transparency with interviews and background checks.
- Provide support to Senior Managers with rostering/scheduling of personnel for planned and unplanned projects.
- Work with the Safety and Operations Manager ensuring all site access documentation is compliant.
- Relevant Human Resource/Business Management Degree or equivalent experience.
- The ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
