AustCorp Executive is working in partnership a globally listed mining manufacturing & technology company. The company specialises in providing equipment, automation and service solutions to the mining industry.
The role we are recruiting for is a HR Business Partner. This person will be responsible for employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and end to end HR operations.

The role we are recruiting for is a HR Business Partner. This person will be responsible for employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, performance management, and end to end HR operations.
The Role
- Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, onboarding and mobilisation.
- Partner with operational and senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Oversee HR data management and maintain compliance with workplace regulations.
- Contribute to national HR projects, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide guidance on policies and HR legislation.
- Support leadership teams with coaching and training initiatives.
- Assist in performance management.

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in a senior HR generalist or business partnering role, ideally within the resources, OEM or industrial sectors.
- Sound understanding of Australian employment law, modern awards, and industrial agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP experience is highly desirable.
- A proven track record working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work across multiple business units and liaise with senior management.
