Job description
A great opportunity to work with a growing and evolving service provider with established contracts across Australia.
You will be an HR Generalist with over 8 year's ER / HR / IR / Recruitment experience - ideally working within a blue-collar (high-volume trades / catering / cleaning environment).
You will be a hands-on operator, working alongside operations teams - Supervisors and Managers to assist in evaluating and supporting team performance.
Essential is over 5 year's experience in managing poor performance, investigations and terminations ensuring processes and procedures are correctly followed and evidenced.
You will have experience in collating and presenting Metrics reports - able to collect manual data when required, and set-up and manage HRMS/HRIS automated dashboards.
You will have a confident personality, able to say No, to staff / managers, ensuring procedures are followed, who can help implement and follow a structured HR approach.
You will have a great opportunity to be an active participant and support the creation and implementation of a RAP across their business operations.
You will be resourceful, ensuring you can source, collate and manage information from several sources.
