The Company:

This opportunity is with a leading national provider of building services solutions, specialising in HVAC, Fire, Electrical and essential asset maintenance across complex commercial facilities. 

The Role:

• Provide HSEQ advice and support to sites, projects and management teams
• Assist with client prequalification, tenders, risk assessments and SWMS development
• Conduct safety inspections, audits and investigations
• Support contractor inductions, training records and HSEQ compliance systems
• Coordinate internal consultation committees and safety reporting
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, General Managers and field staff to uphold high safety standards
• Contribute to ISO compliance, document control and improvement initiatives

The Candidate:

• Minimum Diploma in WHS with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of WHSE regulations, audits, and reporting
• Skilled in conducting site inspections and managing contractor compliance
• Excellent communicator who can influence and engage at all levels
• Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills (MS Office & HSEQ systems)
• Auditor certification or Cert IV TAE is desirable
• Must have White Card and valid driver’s licence
