My client is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their team. As a leader in the HVAC industry, they specialize in providing high-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions for their commercial and resdidential clients. Projects such as large school fitouts. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment, ensuring that all work is done in accordance with industry standards and local codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and equipment are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
• Manage project budgets and financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and change orders.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing HVAC projects, preferably in the commercial and high end residential sector.
• Police / Working with Children check
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, design, and installation practices.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skill
