Job description

Do you have previous experience as a Service Coordinator & Order Processing? My client is a leading manufacturer in the HVAC and refrigeration industry and is looking for an Ordering Processing Manager to join their team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will cooperate with Service Team and other departments to support day to day operations and order processing.

Responsibilities:
    • Managing Purchase Orders
    • Customer invoicing
    • AP/AR
    • Customer engagement
    • Working with a field-based team
    • Sales experience/exposure beneficial
    • Order Creation 
      
    Within the HVAC segment is preferred but I think a strong candidate from say BMS, Security or Fire could also be a good fit.

  • Understanding of invoicing process
  • Attention to detail and willingness to drive efficiency improvements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience with order entry/processing will be a must
