Senior Commercial HVAC Technician / Team Lead Sydney Metropolitan Area | Full-Time Permanent
Up to $55 per hour + Super + Company Vehicle

About the Company Our client is an established commercial HVAC service and maintenance provider operating across the Sydney metropolitan area. Their portfolio includes high-rise buildings, medical facilities, government assets, and other static commercial sites.
The business is known for quality service delivery, strong safety standards, and long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a senior technician to take on a Team Lead position within the service division.
The Role This is a hands-on leadership role, combining technical work with team support and coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and supporting a team of commercial HVAC service technicians
  • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance activities
  • Assisting with job allocation and scheduling
  • Providing technical support and mentoring
  • Ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
  • Working closely with management to improve service delivery
About You You will ideally have:
  • Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service
  • Experience mentoring or supervising technicians (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
