The Role:
This is a new role to:

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance, and reactive service works
• Manage a range of commercial engineering systems (air conditioning / HVAC & refrigeration)
• Deliver the monthly reports and related administration work

Requirements:
You will need knowledge and experience in: 

• 5+ years’ post trade experience (Commercial or Industrial cooling)
• Trade qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• A good communicator both written and verbal (min. business level) 
• Engaging, energetic personality and strong client-relationship and customer service skills
