HVAC Service Technician – Data Centre Critical (OEM)
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Are you an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a passion for mission-critical environments? We are partnering with a leading OEM organisation that is seeking a skilled technician to support data centre critical infrastructure across Melbourne. This role offers long-term stability, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to work on industry-leading systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems supporting mission-critical data centre environments
• Diagnose, service, and repair precision cooling, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, and associated mechanical systems
• Execute installations, upgrades, and commissioning works in line with OEM standards
• Respond to critical breakdowns while maintaining strict uptime and redundancy requirements
• Ensure all works comply with safety, OEM, and data centre operational standards
• Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
• Liaise professionally with clients, site managers, and internal engineering teams

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Current ARCtick Licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass site clearances and work in secure environments
