We are looking for a trade qualified HVAC Technicians to work for our client covering maintenance work all over Perth Metro on commercial sites.

About The Role

Outline Duties
Ensure the timely delivery of the full spectrum of Mechanical / HVAC technical services (planned preventative and reactive maintenance and minor works) within sites all over Perth Metro.
  
Skills and Attributes 

• HVAC Technician with over 2 years trade qualified experience
• ARCTICK Licence
• An excellent communicator, with fluent English language skills, you will provide clear and concise instructions, management and maintenance plans and undertake internal and external stakeholder interface.
• Engaging personality and strong presentation skills, able to delegate responsibilities to ensure efficiency of time.
• Personal commitment and drive to ensure a continuous programme of best practice, innovation, business optimisation, and industry leadership.
• Prior experience working within a large complex site, such as a University, Hospital or Data Centre.
