The Company & Role:
The company is a large provider of building and trades services to commercial and industrial clients. This HVAC Technician will work on a single client site in Murdoch.

The Duties:

• Mon-Fri 40 hours pw - no after hours or on-call required!
• Manage PPM, inspections, fault finding, maintenance, service and minor repair
• Equipment includes chillers, fridges, ice machines, cool rooms, boilers, plant rooms, AHU, FCU, water pumps, reclaiming refrigerant etc.

The Requirements:

• Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• ARCtick License
• WA Restricted Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate)
• Safety and procedural approach
• Skills in Excel, CRM, safety software, controllers and multifunction equipment
• Prefer Attitude over Aptitude! Offering full training and support on site
