Job description
AustCorp are supporting one of the leading system integration and electrical engineering businesses in the Illawarra, who continue to grow from strength to strength.
You will work with a dedicated and talented team consisting of managers, engineers, technical people, skilled electrical and mechanical tradespeople who utilise this diversity of skills and work to support outcomes and provide training. There are formal performance assessments which is linked to pay, and career development options.
We currently have opportunities for experienced technicians/electricians in the Asset Service and Construction teams.
The Roles:
These roles deliver ongoing electrical support to customers, combining routine maintenance, breakdown response, and small to medium project work.
You will be primarily engaged in applying your skills and experience to achieve effective outcomes. When extra support is needed, you’ll coordinate resources from both internal teams and external partners.
The position offers flexible hours to accommodate family commitments and personal needs.
Career growth opportunities include progression into supervisory, engineering, and leadership roles.

About You:
- NSW Electrical Licence/ Qualified Supervisor License
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to safety, quality, honesty and work integrity.
- Demonstrate solid application of fault diagnosis techniques
- Experience and understanding covering a variety of operation plants and equipment.
- Prove you can own outcomes and deliver customer needs in a timely manner.
- Supervise the outcomes of other teams/resources that may be required to assist in the job needs.
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
- Instrumentation service and calibration.
- Experience with pneumatic systems.
