What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3+ years of sales or marketing experience (or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience)

The Role You’ll sit within the Inside Sales team for the Australia/New Zealand region, reporting to the Inside Sales Team Leader. Your mission is simple: drive growth, expand relationships, and create outstanding customer experiences through remote sales activities. You’ll be the commercial engine supporting key market segments, with the freedom to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive inside sales activities
  • Grow revenue in assigned accounts through calls, emails, and targeted marketing communication
  • Support the broader sales team by covering geographic regions or segments not actively serviced by field reps
  • Increase daily customer touchpoints to expand relationships and open new opportunities
  • Deliver virtual presentations and product demos using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other digital platforms
  • Provide quotes, product information, and tailored solutions throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Visit customers when opportunities warrant deeper relationship building
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care to convert leads and enhance customer outcomes
  • Use CRM insights to identify patterns, target accounts, and drive repeat purchases
  • Manage a healthy opportunity pipeline and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts
  • Support the development of the eShop platform, driving digital adoption within key customer groups
  • Champion an outstanding customer journey across your selected accounts
