The business is currently looking to add an Inside Sales Specialist to support the sales team in achieving targets. This will all be based over the phone & emails.

In this role you would be required to:
- Achieve sales targets
- Develop increased sales in selected accounts using activities such as telephone calls, emails, and marketing communication
- Drive product sales by focusing on geographic regions or marketing segments that are not covered by sales reps or by complementing sales rep efforts on targeted customers
- Increase daily touchpoints with customers to better penetrate underperforming segments
- Follow up with existing customers to increase volume and improve customer relationships through improved communication
- Conduct presentations and demos with relevant customers through remote communications platforms such as Webex and Skype
- Provide regular quotations and product information to customers
- Visit customers where opportunities justify establishing and developing sales relationships
Your expertise:
- 2-3 years’ professional experience in the field of sales or marketing, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Knowledge of life science/laboratory product portfolio is considered an advantage
- Degrees in Life Sciences or related subjects are beneficial
- Knowledge of CRM
- Previous sales training is considered an advantage
- Strong Excel and Word Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Customer Focused attitude
- Innovative
- Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
- Team Player
- Driver license required
