As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will oversee a team of inside sales representatives, provide guidance and support to help them meet sales goals, and collaborate with Regional Managers and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of inside sales representatives
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to team members
  • Nurture an existing client base
  • Develop and follow an outlined script and advertise our products via phone to interested consumers in a manner that is professional and honest.
  • Work with your team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow, and minimise hold times throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with.
  • Research and understand our product line and be familiar with each product’s function and purpose, so you can confidently up-sell our customers to compatible products.
  • Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organisation unique.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss benchmarks and personal as well as team goals for the upcoming week.
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Maintain and expand the Sales Force CRM database of prospects
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:                             
  • Proven experience 5+ years
  • Experience in building an inside sales team
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in Salesforce tools and reporting
