The Opportunity
As a key member of the internal team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring jobs flow smoothly from quote through to production.

• Prepare accurate quotes from technical drawings and specifications
• Process and manage orders through the ERP system
• Develop clear, detailed production job packages
• Coordinate with customers, programming and production teams
• Support Account Managers with technical enquiries and solutions

What You Bring

• Experience in internal sales, estimating or order processing within manufacturing or steel
• Ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings
• ERP system experience (CAD exposure highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• A proactive, team-focused mindset
