Job description

The Organisation I am partnering with supplies electro-mechanical support equipment and diagnostic tools to the medical industry. They have a strong state-wide presence and are increasing on a national scale.

We are searching for an experienced Inventory Coordinator you will be controlling the flow and documentation of received and outbound goods - to the warehouse and then out to department stores, across Perth Metro.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your day-to-day operations will play an integral role in the continued growth and success of the company.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Document controlling and data input.
  • Scheduling deliveries and communicating with drivers and warehouse staff on freight status.
  • Goods outstanding reporting.
  • Forecasting accurate local stock levels including liaising with Sales Departments and Purchasing to gather required information.
  • Monitoring slow moving stock.
  • Analysing stock rotations.
  • Participating in cycle counting and annual stock-takes.
A little bit about you:
  • 2-3 years minimum in a similar role across Warehousing, Logistics or Manufacturing.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ideally experience with an ERP System.
  • Competent inputting and collecting data.
