About the role
  
The role is for a Cloud Support Engineer to support the clients hosted IaaS solutions and cloud services. This will be a hands on technical role that requires a strong understanding of infrastructure in both public and private clouds. It will require experience in a Service Desk / Support role and managing customers hosted environments.
  
Requirements
 
  • 2-3 years supporting infrastructure or service environments
  • Strong understanding of Azure / AWS
  • Security / Networking / Backup recovery
  • Strong business facing/communication skills
