A IT Support / Service Desk professional is required to join a well established IT team providing support across local and group wide customers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years IT Support experience
  • Windows 10 OS, Microsoft 365, MS Office Apps, Active Directory/Exchange
  • Cloud technologies - Azure
  • Managing and supporting network switches, infrastructure, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and other such equipment. 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
