Junior Business Development Manager / BDM
I am currently working closely with a Commercial Fit-Out company. They are expanding their presence in Brisbane and Sunshine Coast – and so are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager who is hungry to make their mark on the region. This role requires someone that is driven, motivated and looking for Long Term Growth, this is key for this position.
This positions requires you to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the Brisbane – Sunshine Coast in the construction contacts.

The Role day to days
- Seek new business opportunities for new and existing clients
- Maintain existing client partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop & execute an effective sales strategy to achieve KPIs, including proposal and tendering
- Networking at events to grow and develop the brand within the area
- Working closely with our national marketing team to convert corporate office generated leads into sales.
What you need to have
- 2+ years experience in Sales or BDM role within the construction or commercial
- Track record of achieving targets and KPIs.
- Solution selling experience within a commercial B2B environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, plus for proposal and tender writing ability.
- Experiencing utilising a CRM to track and drive your success. ZoHo and SimPro Preferred
- Ability to work independently and also within a small team
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Flexible working hours and locations
