A well-established supplier of specialty chemical additives, the company partners with global manufacturers to deliver high-quality solutions to industrial customers across Australia and New Zealand.
Currently in an exciting growth phase, the company is looking to bring on a Junior Account Manager to support key accounts and grow within the business.
In this role, you will:

Currently in an exciting growth phase, the company is looking to bring on a Junior Account Manager to support key accounts and grow within the business.
In this role, you will:
- Support the management of existing customer accounts
- Coordinate basic pricing and quoting between customers and suppliers
- Provide general technical and marketing support with guidance from senior team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key suppliers
- Work closely with senior managers to develop your commercial and technical skills
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (preferably in industrial chemicals or a related field)
- Strong interest in learning about specialty chemical products and their applications
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with customers and suppliers
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and supporting business growth
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about pricing, forecasting, and product portfolio management
- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to grow into a long-term career
- Tertiary qualification in Chemistry, Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Some exposure to industrial or technical markets is advantageous
- Willingness to travel interstate and occasionally overseas as required
