What will you do?
  • Shadow sales engineers and learn about products and client relationships.
  • Follow up with lapsed and non-active clients to re-engage business.
  • Help build the customer base by introducing new clients.
  • Schedule meetings and liaise with key personnel at client companies.
  • Deliver product information and solutions to customers.
  • Support the sales team with quotes and customer enquiries once trained.
  • Gradually take on territory coverage across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
What will you need?
  • Mechanical, electrical, or industrial background (fitters, boilermakers, electricians encouraged)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence with clients
  • Motivation to learn and develop sales skills
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when needed
  • Ability to complete and pass a Category 3 Rail Medical
  • Full Australian working rights without requiring sponsorship
