Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and grow key industrial accounts throughout NSW/ACT
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with end-users and distributors
- Discover new business opportunities and implement successful sales strategies
- Use data insights to assess performance, track trends, and refine sales approaches
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- 1 to 4 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in the industrial sector)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong commercial focus
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributor teams
- Willingness to travel frequently within NSW/ACT and occasionally interstate
