Key Account Manager – Medicinal Cannabis
Sydney Metro & New South Wales
Competitive base + $20k + uncapped bonus + Super

Your Impact
In this pivotal role, you'll drive our market expansion in New South Wales. Success hinges on your ability to forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders in the medicinal cannabis ecosystem, including:
- Pharmacists and pharmacy teams
- Individual prescribers
- Clinics
- Distributors
- Dispensaries
Your multifaceted approach will combine direct sales strategies with educational initiatives, ensuring our products are prominently featured in clinic formularies and readily accessible to patients in need.
Core Responsibilities
As our Strategic Accounts Executive, you'll spearhead our growth in NSW by:
- Developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies
- Cultivating and nurturing high-value client relationships
- Conducting engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Analysing market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities
- Providing strategic insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives
- Representing our brand at industry events and trade shows
Your Expertise
The ideal candidate will bring:
- A proven track record in medicinal cannabis or related healthcare sectors
- 5+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare sales or account management
- A results-driven mindset with a talent for exceeding sales targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
