Austcorp Executive are partnering with a Western Australian owned company who specialize in the build, rewind and maintenance of electric motors. 

Off the back of a successful year this company is looking to bring on board a Lead Electrical Fitter to lead a team of workshop personnel.

The key duties of the Lead Electrical Fitter will be but not limited to:

• Manage the delivery of workshop projects from start to completion, including maintenance, rewind and new build of electrical motors
• Ensure all safety standards and protocols and maintained and workshop documentation is recorded.
• Oversee the quality assurance and control of the workshop tasks.
• Mentor apprentices and workshop staff.
• Confidently delegate tasks between the workshop team to ensure speed of completion.

A little bit about you:

• Experience with the build, rewind and maintenance of electrical motors 
• Excellent personal communication, interaction and motivation skills.
• Hold an Australian recognized trade qualification (Electrical Fitter, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical Fitting highly regarded).
