Large multi disciplined consultancy with an impressive portfolio of projects require a leader within the ESD markets to help grow and expand their presence within Brisbane.
Your role:
You will responsible for (but not limited to)
- Advise to regulatory compliance
- Provide team leadership, execute strategy plans and guidance toward the business goals.
- ensure ESD measures are incorporated in the design of projects
- advance the role of sustainability and develop best practice in design
- Lead the sustainability projects and be main spokesperson across these areas
- Grow a leading brand and their profile within QLD's market
- Build on Key accounts and clientele
- Maintain existing relationships with architects, project managers and builders/contractors.
- Meet with leadership teams and establish strategic goals, mentor and review performance
- Create a team of choice
- At least 8 years working within the Building Service arenas
- Possess solid experience within sustainable design, green buildings, and regenerative design across the built environment
- Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations
- Degree qualified with fields of building design
- Have experience in leading a team to reach targets and hold a track record of project leadership
- Strong liaison skills with Clients and stakeholders is a must
