Job description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious plumber who is interested in taking the next step in their career.
This is an opportunity for a senior plumber to move into a management role within the commercial construction space here in Perth.
The industry is starting to pick up and we are working with a leading plumbing contractor who has recently been awarded the work for 2 major commercial projects in the city.
This is an opportunity for a senior plumber to move their career to the next level and be a part of some huge construction projects in Perth!
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in the plumbing industry with clear dedication and drive to move forward in their career.
For this role we are looking for a natural leader with a strong personality who will spearhead the project at hand while influencing, mentoring and motivating their team.
Experience leading teams is not crucial for this role - We are looking for someone who is ready to take on the challenge and move into the next stage of their construction career.
This position is a temp to perm opportuity.
$50 - $54 Per Hour + Super + Penalties

Job Tasks & Key Skills:
- Managing teams of tradespeople - 10+
- Working closely with client and management teams
- Ensuring the daily workflow is being completed accurate and on time
- Working closely with the teams to ensure best possible outcomes
- A natural leader with extensive knowledge in the plumbing industry
- Clear communication skills
- Presentable and well mannered
- WA plumbing trade licence (must have)
- Be able to pass a drug & alcohol test (random testing)
- Comprehensive tool kit (must have)
- Experience with; drainage, fit off, stacks, pre lays, tube outs, storm water, soak wells, deep sewage, maintenance & copper work
- White card & drivers licence
- Commercial project experience
- EWP, Dogman & working at heights highly advantageous
