About the role

  
This role will be the first point of contact for anyone in the business who is experiencing technical issues. A strong desire to deliver a fix, either by themselves or leveraging other experienced colleagues, will lead to success in the role.
They will also share responsibility for managing hardware and workstation setup. as well as basic technical configuration of services. There is considerable room to grow in this regard, with plenty of different services to become familiar with and progress in.

Requirements

Relevant Skills
  • Outlook, Slack as communication tools
    • Attentive to incoming requests
    • Able to monitor and process high-traffic request channel, without missing items
  • Confluence as knowledge management
    • Updating FAQ’s and help documentation as required
  • SharePoint as shared storage tool
  • 1password as credential management
  • Ticketing management tools
    • Across 2024 we will be transitioning into HubSpot
  • Hardware setup and configuration
    • Monitors, docks, etc.
    • Purchasing and maintaining stock levels
Stretch Skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Administration
    • User, permissions & licence management
  • Systems administration and configuration
