Responsibilities:

• Operate a front-end loader to load materials in the bins and trucks
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the asphalt plant
• Monitor equipment and perform routine maintenance checks
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Assist with general plant duties as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating a front-end loader in an asphalt plant or similar environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends, when necessary
