Multiple M&E / HVAC Manager, Trades & Project Manager roles undertaking maintenance / service, facilities management, minor and capex works to Commercial, Resources, NFP & Government premises in the Northern Territory based on sites in Darwin or Alice Springs.

• Contract Managers – Electrical / HVAC / BMS background
• Project Managers – Construction / Electrical / HVAC background
• Supervisors (Maintenance) - M&E / HVAC
• Electricians (Maintenance) – Unrestricted Electrical Licence
• HVAC Technicians (Maintenance) – AC&R Trade, Restricted Electrical + ARCtick
• Project Coordinators – strong administrator or Resi Property Management experience

Skills and Attributes 

• Australian Driver’s Licence
• 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience within commercial or government premises for trade roles.
• Full Permanent Australian Work Rights and able to secure a National Police Check.
