The Role:
- Assess incoming jobs and log them into the CMMS
- Coordinate trades people to complete required works on time, to budget and to a set level of quality
- Schedule all maintenance work and follow up with the client
- Allocate maintenance resources - site teams, material, equipment, purchases
- Quote and raise SPW’s
- Conduct client site visits and inspections
- Conduct audits for compliance and write reports
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A solid trade background and relevant qualification eg. carpenter, bricklayer, electrician etc.
- Strong computer and software skills - MS Project preferable (please state if you have this)
- Prior experience in general maintenance for commercial facilities
- Previously managed contract and project budgets
- Professional presentation and communication skills to be client facing
- A solid understanding of Australian regulations and building standards
- Excellent communication skills and general admin skills.
- Customer focused personality who understands the importance of meeting client expectations
- Good problem solving skills
