The Role: 
  • Assess incoming jobs and log them into the CMMS
  • Coordinate trades people to complete required works on time, to budget and to a set level of quality
  • Schedule all maintenance work and follow up with the client
  • Allocate maintenance resources - site teams, material, equipment, purchases
  • Quote and raise SPW’s
  • Conduct client site visits and inspections
  • Conduct audits for compliance and write reports
 
The Candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • A solid trade background and relevant qualification eg. carpenter, bricklayer, electrician etc.
  • Strong computer and software skills - MS Project preferable (please state if you have this)
  • Prior experience in general maintenance for commercial facilities
  • Previously managed contract and project budgets
  • Professional presentation and communication skills to be client facing
  • A solid understanding of Australian regulations and building standards
  • Excellent communication skills and general admin skills.
  • Customer focused personality who understands the importance of meeting client expectations
  • Good problem solving skills
