The Company:
This company is a large provider of building services and trades to commercial and industrial sectors including government, defence, health, education, office buildings etc.

The Role:
The Maintenance Electrician will work on this single site with multiple buildings and critical systems.

• Monday to Friday 40 hours pw
• Overtime is available if you want it but 
• Single site near Murdoch train station and parking onsite - don't sit in your car all day!
• Manage PPM, inspections, fault finding, reactive maintenance, service, testing and minor repair
• Liaise with technicians and subcontractors to complete tasks
• Report to the Maintenance Manager
• Equipment includes UPS, generators, control systems, ventilation systems, elevators, alarms, circuit breakers, fuses and ground-fault protectors, lighting, switches etc.

The Requirements:

• WA A Grade Electrical Licence (can transfer interstate)
• Reliability and Safety are #1 priorities!
• Technical skills in Excel, CRM, safety software, controllers and multifunction equipment
• Attitude over Aptitude! Offering training and support until your confident on the site, equipment and routine
