Are you a trade-qualified Maintenance Electrician looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment?

We are partnering with a leading food manufacturer in West Sydney seeking skilled Electricians to join their maintenance team across afternoon and night shifts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business with strong investment in site reliability and continuous improvement.

The Role Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and fault-finding across production lines and plant equipment
• Electrical repairs, breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance
• Supporting site reliability and minimising downtime
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation
• Working collaboratively with production to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site

About You

• NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
• Previous experience within industrial or food/FMCG manufacturing environments
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving capability
• Experience working with automated production equipment
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work afternoon or night shifts
