A market-leading industrial manufacturer operating a highly automated, high-speed production facility in Ingleburn is seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join their afternoon shift team. This is a Monday to Friday afternoon shift role (2:00pm-10:00pm), ideal for an electrician with strong fault-finding skills who enjoys working in fast-paced production environments.
About the Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for electrical maintenance, breakdown response, and automation troubleshooting across a modern manufacturing site. You will work closely with mechanical trades, production, and engineering teams to minimise downtime and support continuous improvement.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Electrical breakdown response and fault finding on high-speed automated machinery
- Troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems
- Preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across plant equipment
- Electrical isolations, testing, repairs, and safety compliance checks
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Accurate completion of job cards, CMMS updates, and maintenance documentation
- Ensure all work meets WHS, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and production teams
- Trade-qualified Electrician with a current electrical licence
- Background in industrial manufacturing, packaging, food, or automated environments
- Strong electrical fault-finding capability on PLC-controlled machinery
- Experience with Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLCs highly regarded
- Solid understanding of isolations, lockout procedures, and safety systems
- Able to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary maintenance team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- CMMS experience preferred
- Competitive hourly rate with afternoon shift loading
