Blacktown Area

Join a well-established food manufacturing business in the Blacktown area, operating within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Maintenance Electrician seeking a stable day shift role with strong earning potential.
The Role:
Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment through preventative maintenance and breakdown support.
Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Immediate start available
- Very competitive hourly rate
- Overtime paid at time and a half after standard hours
- 4 weeks annual leave
- Stable, long-term opportunity within a growing business
- Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, automation equipment, and production machinery
- Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime across electrical and PLC-controlled systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on PLCs, drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems
- Work closely with production to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability
- Trade qualified Electrician (A Grade or equivalent)
- Experience within food, FMCG, or manufacturing environments
- Strong PLC, automation, and electrical fault-finding skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
