Maintenance Fitter – Day Shift | Tamworth | Very Competitive Salary

- Maintain and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment
- Carry out both scheduled and time-critical breakdown maintenance
- Ensure compliance with OH&S and safety management practices
- Assist with maintenance planning to reduce downtime and meet production targets
- Work with computer-based maintenance systems (experience highly regarded)
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department
- Mechanical trade qualification (essential)
- Strong knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance KPIs
- Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly with production teams
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Current driver’s licence and forklift (HRW) licence
- Boiler license (preferred but not essential)
