About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our maintenance team at our Wacol site. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability across a high-volume FMCG/meat production facility.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and experience in fast-paced, food-grade manufacturing environments.
  
What You’ll Be Working On

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on high-speed automated packaging lines
• Vacuum sealing (Mondini), robotic case packing, pick-and-place robotics
• Fault finding and troubleshooting across a wide range of food processing equipment
• Supporting continuous improvement and operations teams to maximise uptime

  
What We’re Looking For

• Trade qualified Fitter with experience in FMCG or meat processing environments
• Comfortable working in a clean, chilled, and automated production setting
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Experience with robotic systems and automation highly desirable
