With multiple shift patterns available (day, afternoon, and night), this is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a highly automated environment where you’ll play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, safety, and minimising production downtime.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out scheduled preventative maintenance and responding to reactive breakdowns across a range of mechanical equipment
- Fault finding and repairs on conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and other automated plant systems
- Supporting machinery upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with production and fellow trades to optimise performance and uptime
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records and adhering to strict safety and quality standards
- Qualified Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Strong mechanical fault-finding ability and confidence working autonomously
- Experience with automated machinery and continuous processing systems
- A proactive team player with a strong safety focus and solid communication skills
- Ability to work on a permanent shift pattern (day/afternoon/night)
