Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop the site maintenance team, fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture.
- Drive strategic and proactive maintenance practices aligned with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage the maintenance budget, resource planning, and performance KPIs.
- Own and lead the Maintenance Excellence Program, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the site.
- Provide hands-on technical support and mentoring to maintenance staff.
- Utilise SAP for maintenance planning and reporting, and Autocad for technical documentation and upgrades.
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior maintenance role within the FMCG or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Proven experience implementing Lean principles, including TPM and/or Six Sigma.
- Skilled in budget management, project execution, and operational efficiency.
- Proficient in SAP and Autocad.
- A self-motivated leader who enjoys autonomy and thrives on delivering their own initiatives and improvements.
