An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing dairy manufacturer in Mascot. We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead and support a small maintenance team in a fast-paced dairy production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small growing team
• Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the facility
• Implement and drive continuous improvement and equipment reliability strategies
• Manage and optimise the site’s CMMS (FIIX, MEX, or similar)
• Ensure maintenance activities meet food safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with production to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency

About You:

• Strong maintenance background within the dairy or food manufacturing sector
• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience
• Relevant trade or engineering qualifications
• Leadership experience or ready to step up from a Maintenance Supervisor role
• Proficient in using CMMS platforms (FIIX, MEX, or similar)
