Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 direct Supervisor reports across the maintenance department.
- Ensure plant reliability and uptime through effective planning and response strategies.
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and performance on the production floor.
- Identify and implement process improvements across maintenance systems and workflows.
- Manage high-pressure situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Proven leadership experience in a large-scale food or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Strong technical background – ideally trade qualified or with engineering credentials.
- Able to lead teams through change and motivate others to perform at their best.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and solving complex maintenance challenges.
- Open to candidates from a variety of food or manufacturing sectors – leadership and technical capability are key.
