This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage a team of Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors, championing safety, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all maintenance operations across the site, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance
- Champion safety by ensuring full compliance with PPE, environmental, and inspection standards
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules with 90%+ PM compliance
- Partner with manufacturing and engineering teams to reduce downtime and boost productivity
- Oversee repairs, spare parts inventory, and maintenance budgets
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), lead risk assessments, and drive loss elimination initiatives
- Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team through strategic workforce planning, training, and performance management
- Proven leadership and engineering management experience within food, FMCG, or manufacturing (corrugated board experience desirable)
- Strong technical background in engineering, maintenance, or reliability
- Demonstrated experience managing supervisors and leading high-performing teams
- A continuous improvement mindset with knowledge of Lean or CI methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
- Solid experience in budget management, planning, and compliance
