Job tasks and responsibilities:

An exciting opportunity is available now for an experienced and passionate Maintenance Planner, based at our production facility near Tottenham, Victoria 3012. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and plan engineering maintenance activities utilising the MEX CMMS system
• Drive scheduled predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance   
• Prepare schedules for internal staff and external contractors, using the current computerised maintenance system 
• Work with the Maintenance Manager and Production to schedule labour and resources for effective production and maintenance outcomes
• Develop cost and time estimates of planned maintenance work

Skills and experience:

We are seeking someone who is hands-on and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-based environment:

• Experience as a maintenance planner with 2 years experience
• SAP experience is a must
• Ideally, experience working in a complex food manufacturing or FMCG environment
• Understanding of the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations/legislation directly relating to Engineering
• An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Thorough understanding of good manufacturing practice
