Maintenance Stores Coordinator - FMCG / Manufacturing

Location: Regional Victoria (within commuting distance of Melbourne's northwest)
Salary: Base Salary $85,000 + Super
Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift | Immediate Start

About the Role
We're seeking a hands-on and organised Maintenance Stores Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of a busy maintenance storeroom within a leading FMCG manufacturing business. You'll support the Maintenance and Engineering teams by managing spare parts, stock control, and supplier coordination to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance stores, inventory, and spare parts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle receipting, issuing, and documentation of materials and invoices.
  • Liaise with Maintenance, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to meet supply needs.
  • Maintain safe, organised store areas in line with WHS standards.
  • Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce downtime.
Skills & Experience
  • Current forklift licence and driver’s licence with reliable vehicle – essential.
  • Background in maintenance stores, inventory, or spare parts coordination (FMCG or manufacturing preferred).
  • MEX or CMMS experience highly regarded.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid attention to detail and safety focus.
