We are supporting a growing West Australian organisation that operates within the Facilities Management and Built Environment sector.

The company provides Refurb, Upgrade, Fit-out and Minor New Build services across the Education, Commercial Office, Government, Leisure and Light Industrial sectors.
  
The role

They have a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced Tradesperson, who may be looking to take the next step in their career by becoming a Maintenance Supervisor.

Training will be provided in team management, stakeholder engagement, identifying scope of work, quoting, quality assurance.
  
Skills and Attributes

• You will hold a Trade qualification e.g.) Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC etc., along with 5+ years of experience in said Trade or the building industry in general
• A friendly / positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Communication skills, strong English skills in order to be able to provide clear and concise instructions and direction to direct trades and contractors
• Organisation and presentation skills
