The Company:
This employer is a large services company providing technical service and maintenance to commercial clients in Government, Health, Education, Offices, Defence etc. 

This HVAC Supervisor will be based on a large single site with multiple buildings and critical systems.

The Role and Duties:

• Lead a team of 10x Techs
• Services include HVAC/R, BMS and mechanical maintenance
• Responsible for diagnostics, maintenance and testing of plant and equipment
• Gas and refrigerant usage and disposal
• Timesheet approval
• Running tool box talks
• Manage subcontractors
• Ensure staff are meeting KPI’s and SLA’s set by the client
• Reliability and safety are number one priorities!
• 40 hours pw, Mon - Fri

The Ideal Profile:

• Must have a Trade qualified in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Mechanical Fitter + Australian recognised Arctick RHL
• Supervisory experience leading a team
• Strong presentation, communication and customer service skills
• White Card (General Construction Induction Card)
• EWP, working at heights
