Due to continued growth and success, a leading organisation that is renowned within the Facilities Management sector are seeking multiple Electrical Maintenance Supervisors, to work FIFO from Perth, or Busselton (8&6 roster), supporting a large WA portfolio.
  
Duties:

• Responsible for managing and supervising a team of approx. 6+ multi-discipline trades (Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, General Hands, HVAC), conducting routine, reactive and preventative maintenance across NPI Buildings and office buildings.
• Undertaking staff inductions, providing training, direction, clear / concise instructions, and leadership.
• Ensuing all trades are compliant, producing quality work and adhering to strict OH&S standards.
• Statutory 26 Supervisor with an Electrical Nominee License.
• In charge of risk management and OH&S. 

  
Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in managing a team of multi-discipline maintenance trades
• Able to undertake a FIFO role from Perth on an 8 days on / 6 days off roster
• Strong communication with very good stakeholder engagement skills
• WA Electrical Contractors License
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor Course
• Must be able to secure a Police Clearance
• Must be able to pass a FIFO pre-employment medical and pass drug and alcohol screening
