Permanent Role supporting the maintenance and upkeep of a mix of premises including Aged Care and Child Care.

Majority of the work will be South of the River; however, the role does support the whole of Perth – Vehicle and tools are provided.

AustCorp is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known organisation, who are looking to expand their Team in Perth. This role will undertake repair, maintenance and basic upgrade works on Commercial Buildings, Aged Care and Child Care premises.

Base Criteria
You will ideally have a Carpentry background / qualification with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance, repair and upgrading of commercial, retail, or aged care premises.

Skills and Qualifications

• Australian Driver’s License
• Working With Children’s Check
• 5+ years Handy Person or Basic Maintenance experience – carpentry, plumbing, painting, leaf blowing, desk set-up and other basic repairs.
• Full Permanent Australian Work Rights
• Able to secure a National Police Check & pass a medical including D&A.
